Before inviting messages, we need an approved contact address or service, a clear privacy notice, access controls, retention rules, anti-spam protections, accessible consent and a safeguarding escalation process.
When contact opens, we will ask only for the information necessary to respond. We will not ask children to disclose personal details in an unmoderated public form. We will separate ordinary enquiries from safeguarding concerns and ensure designated people can handle the latter promptly.
Please do not send sensitive information or safeguarding disclosures through public social media comments. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency services.
