Our public account terms are being drafted with our founding group. This page is an early disclosure, not an agreement to a finished service.
What is available today
The website presents the Open Sport proposal and links to a fictional prototype. The fictional demo must not be used for real club or personal records.
What our formal terms will address
Membership and governance, volunteer and organiser responsibilities, permitted use, conduct and moderation, club rules, safeguarding, intellectual property, payments and refunds if enabled, liability, disputes, suspension and termination, and changes to the service.
Public registration gate
We will identify the responsible legal entity and publish a dated, reviewed version of the terms before permitting public account registration. When available, consent will be clear, accessible and recorded against the version accepted.
